Calling all QuickBooks users!
Import ManagementPRO
data quickly and easily into QuickBooks,
making
your daily work even easier
than before!
Many of you requested
that ManagementPRO data be
electronically
transferred to your
QuickBooks company database.
That interface is now ready for you
to use.
How does it work?
- As before, your QuickBooks software
is on your desktop computer in your office.
- When you initiate it,
the ManagementPRO system transfers key information from your
private ManagementPRO database to your local QuickBooks
file.
- The transfer of data only goes in ONE
direction - from ManagementPRO to QuickBooks.
- When you are ready to initiate
a transfer, you launch your Internet Explorer software, access
a secure web page, click on a button
and start the transfer.
What
set up is required to use this transfer capability?
Your ManagementPRO
coach will help you set up the system. This
includes configuring your QuickBooks Chart of Accounts so
that the ManagementPRO data can be stored correctly, as well
as
configuring your Internet Explorer and ManagementPRO. What
Jobs are done in ManagementPRO?
Some jobs you might be
doing today in QuickBooks will move to ManagementPRO
— most of these are operationally-oriented jobs.
This allows you to take advantage of one of the most
valuable features
of ManagementPRO — job costing.
